No, not all of these have happened to me. I'll leave it as an exercise to the reader to guess what's what.

hmm, I seem to remember some of those incidents....
There's only one that I haven't done. You were present (and responsible!) for two.
what about delimbing a tree with a mountain bike?
What about beating an opossum to death with a maglite?
